3. Orders, Pricing & Liability

• All orders are subject to acceptance by CAN Industrial. Quotes are non-binding and
  valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Errors may be corrected and orders may be cancelled or refunded where necessary.
• Unless otherwise agreed, shipments are FOB Origin / Ex Works (Incoterms 2020). Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once products are handed to the carrier.
• Can Industrial O/A “2277299 Ontario Incorporation” shall not be liable for delays in shipping caused by carriers, customs, weather, strikes, pandemics, or events outside our control.

 

4. Returns & Custom Orders

• Standard returns may be subject to restocking fees and must be pre-approved.
• Custom fabrications and special orders are non-refundable and
  non-cancellable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours.

5. No Warranties
The Site and its content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAN Industrial O/A
“2277299 Ontario Incorporation” disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  price of the product at issue, or (b) USD/CAD $1,000.
